Actually its ok to reject anyone for any reason. If your preference for big breasts dominates all other attibutes and characteristics, then its ok. Afterall you are choosing for yourself. Some people might say its shallow or whatever, but your own preferences is what matters. Afterall, you are the one that needs to face the consequences, for better or worse.

Kekekee.. I got this topic during my ITE times.. few yrs back.. Guys like to fantasize girls with big boobs but in reality their own gf is small boobs.. Wen I ask them why is that so? The reason being.. if guys dont fantasize thats not guy.. If he really think he can get a gf with big boobs, is it real or silicone? think ahead.. For me I prefer small boob cos guys wont talk bout it nor look at it unless you dont mind people do that to your gf..
